Parental authorisation or the presence of a legal guardian is mandatory for young people aged 16 to 18.In addition, the Customer guarantees that their booking complies with the fact that the person(s) concerned:- Comply with the times indicated below: supervised activity taking place from 10am to 5pm- Are not undergoing medical treatment that is contraindicated with the practice of a sporting activity, such as board sports, speed sports, etc.- Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and generally be in full control of their faculties; The Service Provider reserves the right to ask one or more participants to take a breathalyser test to determine their blood alcohol level and, if the participant refuses to take the test or if the test proves positive, to refuse the participant access to the descents, in which case the Service Provider will retain the payment in full.- Undertakes to scrupulously and immediately comply with the Code of Conduct provided by the Service Provider and, in general, all instructions and guidelines given by the Service Provider's staff, it being specified that in the event of dangerous behaviour or failure to comply with any of the guidelines or instructions given by the Service Provider's staff, the latter reserves the right to terminate the participant's initiation immediately, without the participant being entitled to claim even partial reimbursement of the payment made- Accepts the risks inherent in the bobsleigh activity and consequently releases the Service Provider and its managers, partners and employees from any liability in the event of an accident involving him/her that may occur during the introductory session- Agrees to provide personal information concerning him/her in connection with the driving activity, which will be transmitted to the French Ice Sports Federation (FFSG), responsible for managing this federal activity, which may retain such information. |
